I’m not fit enough to do what you do

This is a question or worry we get asked quite regularly, because you’ve never completed a session like ours….

Or because you’ve fallen off the wagon from being pretty active previously!

Our answer always is…..

It doesn’t matter where you’re at, this is why we work within smaller groups. Whatever your ability we can scale it and even if you do find things hard you’re not effecting anyone else’s session.

It’s your party 

Main base of our sessions are personal training sessions so we meet you where you’re currently at with strength, mobility, power or endurance.

Even if you’re a rank beginner to advanced athlete we have a method for all.

All you have to do is turn up ready to start!!!
